Rules of the Tournament

This competition is an English Debating Competition using Asian Parliamentary System

Each substantive speakers will be given 5 minutes and 20 seconds, reply speaker will be given 3 minutes and 20 seconds

Point of Informations (PoI) allowed for 15 seconds each (After 1^st minutes to 4^th minutes)

The motions will be all-prepared motions, no motion prefferences (The A-Core will publish one motion per round)

There will be 3 preliminary rounds, top 8 teams will proceed to elimination rounds (quarterfinal, semifinal and final round)

Range of Scoring (Based on Asian Parliamentary System) is 69-81
